Introducing the newly established Trio Yamirah´s Solar Explorers: featuring Yamirah Gercke on guitar, Sacha Hladiy on piano, and Ria Rother on drums. Get ready for a cinematic jazz pop journey like no other.

Yamirah Gercke, a Berlin-based guitarist, captivates audiences with her spellbinding cinematic jazz pop compositions. The Berklee College of Music, where she focused on guitar and composition, shaped her musical style. Yamirah released her own records "Neighbors" and "Pressure," and has earned acclaim, including from the Indie Visions Film Festival. Collaborating extensively with her late father Lenjes Robinson in the band project Bad Ass Freaks, she brings a wealth of experience to her performances. With her own label "Fat Banshee Records", she pioneers innovation in the music industry and is dedicated to nurturing emerging talent.

Sacha Hladiy, a piano virtuoso based between Berlin and Paris, received his training at the esteemed Bill Evans Piano Academy. Renowned for his mastery of jazz piano, Sacha seamlessly blends elements of experimental and contemporary styles into his compositions, often infusing them with classical elements. His innovative spirit shines through in his work, as he collaborates with fellow musicians to create captivating and diverse soundscapes that transcend traditional boundaries.

Ria Rother, hailing from the Mecklenburg Lake District and now calling Berlin home, is a jazz drummer whose talent knows no boundaries. Her musical journey led her to study jazz drums in Leipzig and Porto, under the guidance of esteemed mentors such as Holger Nell, Heinrich Köbberling, Werner Neumann, Michael Lauren, and Richie Beirach. With a versatile skill set honed through experiences in various ensembles, ranging from big bands to indie bands and classical jazz formations to free duos, Ria proves herself as a dynamic and adaptable percussionist, capable of elevating any musical setting.
